How would you verify the person in the burqa is the licensee?
- huffmsa 8y agoSame way you verify if the person driving a car is the owner. They're legally responsible for the vehicle unless they can prove they weren't at the wheel. But the real question is, why do you need to verify the person in the first place, unless they are suspected of committing a crime?
