Hands over control of a customer's account to .. the customer?
- tyingq 8y agoAs opposed to the headline, which implies it might be available to only regulated entities, yes.
- lallysingh 8y agoit actually says "regulated customers"
- tyingq 8y agoYes. It says: "hands over control...to regulated customers" It hands over control to ANY customer, not just regulated ones. And only to those that pay the upcharge. Just seems oddly worded.
- lallysingh 8y agoOk, I understand what you mean now. Yes it's strictly an unnecessary qualifier, but does make the intent of the move clearer.
