Some feedback - your website is very lacking in information about what your app actually does, what devices it works with etc. The blue "personal healthcare assistant" looks like a link but isn't. I'm curious about your service, but without knowing if it's compatible with my smartwatch etc, I wouldn't go as far as downloading the app.
