No, that's not the icing on the cake. That's the primary reason for why design teams are switching to Figma. This changes so much, you wouldn't believe: primarily because it means effectively side-stepping version control pains.
With Sketch you either have to use external software (Abstract, Plant etc.) or resort to manual “check-outs” while working in design team. With Figma this problem simply doesn't exist.
