If you want proper borosilicate glass, just go to a company that has been honest with their branding.
I've found SIMAX (https://www.kavalier.cz/en/simax-home.html https://www.kavalier.cz/en/simax-home.html) to be a good one personally. Made in the Czech Republic by a glass company that still makes labware, and as best I can tell, everything they make out of glass is borosilicate. Even the flower vases.
