- alexpetralia 8y agoYep, tucked away in their Disclaimer. "Kerrisdale has short positions in and owns options on the stock of DISH Network Corporation, Inc. (“DISH”)." When someone spends this much time defending a thesis, it really starts to look like an investment thesis. . Edit: there is also a very clear disclaimer right on the About page. "We are short shares of DISH Network and stand to gain if its stock price declines."
