Once I widget-chatted with an Amazon help person when I thought the thing I was expecting had somehow been mis-registered at the pick up locker (my unlock code didn't work). We eventually worked out that I was an idiot and had sent it to another locker, a short hike across town. Oops! Embarrassing, but helpful.
