- WrtCdEvrydy 8y agoThe IRS has changed over the years. I knew a guy who didn't pay taxes for nearly 10 years, this is a kid that was doing minimum wage work so he didn't think he needed to. IRS sends a letter going 'we think we owe you about 3,000. call us'
