Ask HN: How do you handle your workflows?

Hi! We're working on a lot of customer projects. Many include a lot of single tasks. During the work we add new items. Some way we want to see how our company performs and also which projects need the most work to finish. A CRM like sugar is not enough centered on projects. A workflow solution like joget or bonita is a lot of work to do before starting. Maybe an issue management like Trac but you have to set it up for each customer and you can not see all your customers easily. Anyone experiencing similar problems? Anyone found a good solution?
