I am surprised no one is talking about Lyft's risk assessment of their business. Specifically, this line: Our results of operations vary and are unpredictable from period-to-period, which could cause the trading price of our Class A common stock to decline. Our results of operations have historically varied from period-to-period and we expect that our results of operations will continue to do so for a variety of reasons, many of which are outside of our control and difficult to predict. I find the term "period-to-period" rather vague. It could mean quarter-to-quarter or even year-to-year. Still what they are effectively saying is that Lyft cannot be trusted to provide any growth assessment.
