I'd like Apple to stop pretending that it's still 2010 and that their services provide the best experience for their customers. In a connected world, Apple still wants to keep other major players out. I have Spotify, SmartThings/Google/Amazon devices and in every single case, Apple makes them a second class citizen by restricting private APIs, or has been very late to integrate with them. It makes it hard to justify another MacBook Pro / iPhone purchase going forward.
