Your argument doesn't make much sense on the Signal side either. How long will the $50 million that the Signal Foundation has really last for? And what happens after that runs out?
- yes_man 8y agoWhat happens to Wikipedia every time the end of their runway is approaching? At least we can hope for a similar solution to appear for messaging.
- newscracker 8y agoWhy can’t that happen for Telegram and happen only for Signal? Who can predict if Telegram would do under some “foundation” and get funded that way soon? My point is that singling out Telegram doesn’t make sense in this context.
