My company has been a frequent target of phishing attacks. Setting up the strictest possible SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and then reminding everyone to always verify the domain matches goes a really long way to keeping people safe. It might not be as perfect as end-to-end PGP, but it's available today & supported in almost all of the major email clients. If you haven't set up DMARC yet, it's a good place to start as it stops scammers from being able to spoof emails and make them look like they came from your domain.

Maybe two or three emails slip through a quarter, down from dozens a month. We had so many because our user base gets an email address which expands the email base from employees to employees + customers, so 10k to 150k+ and once someone fell for the scam it would get resent from their address which looks much more convincing.
