  Just glancing at your previous comments on HN (the most recent 2 pages of which are all Musk/Tesla related), it appears you are not a Musk fan. So I take this comment with a grain of salt.

  Tripp is a sociopath who earned a bunch of money for spreading information that put Tesla in a bad light. He is a good liar and a good actor and called in the threat himself to the police using a burner phone.
