Quit all the things, quit family, quit friends, quit tv, quit YouTube, quit Reddit, quit HN, quit your side gigs, quit your job. Find the one thing you want to focus on and go for it. Obviously don't quit all family and friends. Don't quit sleep. But do quit family and friends that bring you down. There is a difference.
