They have a "Flag" feature, so I'm assuming that that they could do something. They're not saying that they don't log your IP address and what-not, so they can - at the very least - action on it (which probably comes down to contacting local authorities) but it does seem to need addressing in like a Terms of Use or some other such delivery mechanism.
