This seems odd, you want to get paid less while producing more?
- newnewpdro 8y agoIn my experience being more effective at my job cultivates leverage to acquire substantially more salary, bonuses, and stock options.
- maxxxxx 8y agoIt’s less stressful to be in an environment where you can actually work vs one where you constantly have to fight distractions. Yes you produce more but it’s also better for mental health so it may be worth being paid less.
