- corndoge 8y agoswitchdev is currently dormant. None of the silicon vendors seem to be willing to put the work in, so there's no adoption from the SDN/NOS space. We are still stuck with HALs. Also, there are multiple solutions to run Linux on switches, most notably Cumulus Linux and VyOS
