I mean sure but it's not a very useful observation. It's something bitter incels point out to justify resentment against women because they can't/won't succeed in "The Patriarchy". Both Men and Women created the societal structures descibed as "The Patriarchy". The question is more if things like male hyper-competition which women are left out of and which grinds some men into the dust is good for society.
