In this case, all your internal servers would have the same cert with the same private key. If one appliance is compromised, every other would be compromised. N

In this case, all your internal servers would have the same cert with the same private key. If one appliance is compromised, every other would be compromised. Not a good idea.
- Naac 8y agoCorrect. The solution I suggested above is for home/personal use. But if you're doing anything for production, you really shouldn't be using LB ssl termination anyway, and might even benefit from running your own internal CA service.
