For those curious why this is so important: A service I sell is a callcenter SAAS. It uses twilio to make outbound calls, but this won't work on internal servers. (I prefer to deploy the service as appliances that get shipped to the customers). So this is a great thing for me, since it means I can start offering my customers the ability to make outbound calls from their appliances.
