What Trolls Can Teach You About Reputation Management
- deleted 16y ago[deleted]
- bediger 16y agoThis article seems to assume that every single individual who posts something "bad" about a company or product is just a troll, or a hater, or a psycho. That's not the case. Sure, a significant number of such haters exist, and trolls exist, in blog comments, and as bloggers. But some companies/products DO suck. Or maybe good products have a bad feature. If companies don't notice complaints, or just live in denial and fend them off as this article suggests, they're losing valuable customer input. This article is just another example of arrogance of marketing, I'd say. It's an example of the "there are no facts, everything is negotiable" point of view.
