Defamation, actual damages, pain and suffering etc. I doubt the public will learn what actually happened but just from that article we can conclude that all parties to that investigation were remarkably lax in their approach to DFIR and I've seen several people on twitter say she would have been better off under an FBI investigation with people who actually know the job than Tufts. My guess; gender based harassment by a member of the Tufts IT staff who thinks he was extremely clever and will not be caught since he ran the investigation as well as the crime.
