We should only allow fully recycled plastic everywhere. Completely outlaw single-use plastic that can’t be easily recycled. Everything else should be compostable. Everything else should have a fee associated with disposal. Things with dangerous chemicals like batteries, etc should have high amounts of returnable deposits. Yes, it’s going to be expensive but it’s worth it.
