I think Erlang and possibly Elixir get about as close as you can get to having a rock solid reliable service in a dynamic language. Largely due to the pattern matching and the emphasis on coding the happy path and letting the non-happy path crash with a supervisor restarting it and logging the crashes for later analysis. You will get a lot of milage out the Erlang ecosystem.
