Given the amount of spaghetti I've seen... It's my understanding that being able to think in frameworks is a rare skill. If you find someone who is actually good at designing frameworks maybe, just maybe they have some real skill and they built their own framework to practice and hone their craft because that's a necessary condition for getting good at something? Granted, I hear what you're saying, but I'm not convinced your blanket dismissal is the right analysis without digging deeper on the individual details.
