Yea I can’t believe this whole comment thread either... I’ve only been visiting in Austin but I’m from Madrid, Spain, widely considered a warm or at least temperate city, and Austin is like +5C on average every month... we’re talking about it being “cold”?
- tiredyam 8y agoThe original commenter is someone who has lived a long period of time in California. I grew up in SoCal and SF is too cold for me. I did not even own a pair of long pants before moving to the bay. I am actively trying to move down to SoCal but the tech scene is ass. And yes, the vast majority of the world is off limits. You can rip the California coast out of cold dead, penniless fingers
