I don't care about fancy food, all of that flashy style over substance stuff you get at overpriced restaurants. But I love good food that is made with care and good quality ingredients. Like for instance northern French countryside cuisine, or hearty north Italian dishes, or the best Indian curries. Nothing fancy, nothing flashy, but so goddamn tasty.
