I hope the Chinese government sees the irony of this situation - the fact that a Chinese company can and will file a law suit against the US Government is a testament to the functioning and well-oiled American judiciary system. Evidently, as we've seen with numerous instances where Chinese government can boot US companies from operating in China without recourse, appeal or objection should raise flags for any American business that wants to manufacture its goods in China.
