You're getting down voted (at the time of my comment), but industry hiring practices tend to agree with you.
- adjkant 8y agoWhy shouldn't the practices be changed when you have control though? If the comment said "today's practices" then I wouldn't have downvoted, it's accurate. I downvoted this because of the use of the word "you", which implies the poster would choose it themselves.
