The people of Seoul are pretty relaxed about this sort of thing. I, however, am a foreigner and thus am terrified. People keep stopping me on the street to explain to me just how terrified I am.

Are you saying that you look scared and lots of people are pointing it out to you? Or are you saying that the fear of the Korean people is suppressed and projected upon the foreign nationals living within the country?
