A network of friends is to insecure to finance a long term commitment. Banks exist for a purpose.
But in Germany for example, Landesbanks and Sparkasses offer friendly terms to people.
- kaybe 8y agoIn Germany there is also a strong network to help: https://www.syndikat.org/en/ https://www.syndikat.org/en/ In the end you only own half of it for as long as you live in it, but anyone can walk away and be replaced without problems.
