- mayankkaizen 8y agoYou can access anything. No restrictions. Advertisements are not that much of a concern.

- SJetKaran 8y agoThat statement was never valid in India. Facebook introduced (or tried to) FreeBasics, but they had to withdraw after Net Neutrality regulations.
