All of the replies to this thread focus on what the parents or children can do individually. That doesn't scale, the focus should be on regulating the major platforms. These platforms already have processes in place to automatically and manually scan for adult content and copyright. Google has image search. This should be extended to protecting the privacy of minors. "Is a child in this picture?" sounds like a classic computer vision problem.
