This is pretty much where I've landed; the filter can go both ways. If I make dumb (minor) syntax errors on a whiteboard and it bothers the interviewer enough to not hire me, or if the question is some "cycle a red-black subtree" BS, I'd really rather not work there anyway, and not have it take 4+ hours of my personal time.
