There are a lot of companies on this list who list homework. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a selling point or not, maybe for some candidates. At PlanGrid, we basically stopped giving homework because it wasn't respecting either of the interviewer's or interviewee's time. There are some exceptional cases when giving homework is acceptable/can be useful, but if you're giving it to all applicants, you're certainly selecting for an audience that has a lot of time to spare.
