Problem: No one is hiring people with degrees
Proposed Solution: Spend more money on education so that more people have degrees.
How does this make any sense? Shifting supply to the right will only reduce the equilibrium wage.
- jon_hendry 16y agoAlternately, the solution might be to spend money on education so that the same people have more degrees. Of course, when they get their second, or third, and still can't find work...
