We really like Zulip, but one major complaint is the delay/slowness of notifications on mobile apps. We are not self hosting it, but using the official zulipchat domain.
Is this a known issue?
It is a problem, because we want to use Zulip for alerts too and delayed notifications means slower reactions.
- borisyankov 8y agoWe did recently improve how notifications are delivered on Android, about 1-2 weeks ago. Keep an eye on if you are still having issues, I hope the delay is resolved.
