I would imagine that there is maybe a few small states that does well, but it's unlikely to be one outlier that draws the entire chart down.

- dwighttk 8y agothere could be a few large states where the expenditures are astronomical, pulling the whole US to the right... Who knows, since we always see the US vs Denmark vs Luxembourg vs Monaco vs Vatican City
