  That is exactly what I came to this link to add. Kudos. My only other advice: if you still need a mentor, find someone who you can get an hour or two a week from. You probably still do need advice, but it sounds like you're pretty grounded.

    I know its a lot to ask, but how would I go about finding a mentor? I wonder if a mentor might be more helpful than a shrink....
