XIX is hiring a front-end engineer

As a front end engineer, you'll be responsible for improving XIX web client using your extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will work with real-time data streams, optimize performance across browsers and make the best software you can imagine. Why on Earth should you consider? Don't optimize cohort conversions and CTR, rather pageviews to rescued lives - you will receive tools, knowledge and the environment where you will not just grow and flourish, but gain the experience that will enable you to accomplish anything after our journey. ## What you will be doing - Developing user-facing features end-to-end in a web application - Collecting usage metrics and implement dashboards for analysis - Working with the engineering team to integrate new features and ensure high maintainability # What you should have - 3+ years of experience writing client-side JavaScript - Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS and HTML - Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment - Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff - Strong communication skills - Self-­awareness and a desire to continually debug yourself - Develop user-facing features end-to-end in a web application - Work with the engineering team to integrate new features and ensure high maintainability # Our process and what to expect 1.
