Best of luck! Just went through a lot of interviews with a number of engineering companies before finally settling on an offer, and can strongly agree a more human approach is sorely needed. I get that there is a strong fear of hiring under-qualified candidates, but the true cost is a loss of perspective on long-term hiring.

We've found the fear of hiring under-qualified candidates is one of the primary reasons why hiring managers screen out candidates without recognizable line items on their resume. By re-humanizing this process and getting better data around a candidate, we hope that hiring managers will qualify more diverse candidates and think more long-term.
