The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day really changed my perspective on bread baking, and now we always have fresh bread. Even if I'm not eating it (probable gluten sensitivity and mainly low-carb adherent) I enjoy making it for my wife as much as she enjoys eating it!
