As a french, I may order, at a restaurant, most of the plates listed here and I may eat at home one of those once a month. As said previously, Foie Gras and Oysters are not everyday plates and some others are missing, but still I think it's pretty good. So I think it's more "what local orders at restaurant" and not what they usually eat at home.
