Ask HN: SRE Manager at Google. Initial Pre Screen Interview

I am going to have an initial pre screen interview for a Manager SRE role at Google. It seems that this initial interview will be semi-automatic or based on a set of predefined multiple choice questions on technical matters. I already interviewed in the past with Google and this step is not only new to me but it also scares me a little bit because the interviewer is an HR person and doesn't have any technical background. All previous technical screening I had with them were with engineers. What should I expect now?
