I've been laughing myself of for some minutes, not because the project is uninteresting (I'll be testing it next week on ARM, probably), but because I've decided to call this "Kubernetres" (Being 'TRES' three in Spanish)
- dajohnson89 8y agowhy isn’t it called k7?
- tyingq 8y agoThey have a "5 less than K8S" tagline. I don't know if that means 5 fewer features, 5 fewer dependencies, or just "less than half the size".

- ericandrewlewis 8y agofor some reason i thought it would be short for "kubes" (pronounced coobs)
- GuyPostington 8y agoNot to be confused by Qubes (pronounced koobs)
- caffeineaholic 8y agoThis is correct we shortened it to "kates" -> k3s (Rancher employee)

- styfle 8y agoI'm guessing they sliced the "8" down the middle which makes a "3"
- safanycom 8y agoK8
- arcticfox 8y agoThat is amazing branding for the Spanish / Portuguese market. Well done.
