Like we'll all be dead anyway from a nuke war so why bother to prepare. We seem to have taken this view but a lot of the rest of the world didn't. Perhaps a nuclear winter scenario could happen in a total global thermonuclear war but even that has been in debate for a while. I don't want a war to be proven wrong.
