I use one of these services because I find myself less likely to order in when I have fewer decisions to make about dinner. I don't mind cooking at the end of the work day, but I hate having to decide what to cook and try to figure out whether there's anything I need to buy in order to make it. I'd be happy to buy kits from a supermarket rather than by mail though, if they were able to stock a good selection.
