Your first job out of college can potentially define the trajectory of the rest of your career. If you're not pressed for time and/or cash, reject the sketchy offer and move on. Also, are you really going to be happy working for a company whose business seems nasty to you? Even if you are "just doing the development part", some part of you will always be aware that you don't like the work you are supporting, and in my experience nothing is more motivation-sapping.
