I've had great results with the Descript app which can both transcribe and can export a synchronized subtitle file. https://www.descript.com/ https://www.descript.com/ Perhaps you can import an srt file, and have it sync'ed? or perhaps you can export the srt text and let Descript sync it and re-create an .srt file.
